Ryan Wild was a pleasure to deal with. He showed up on time, did the report by when he said he would, which was over a weekend, nice and quick. He took two samples of the molds and his report was easy to understand and very thorough. He was a pleasure to talk to, very professional. We decided the extent of the mold was more risk than we wanted to take on, so we rescinded our offer on the place, but had it been less extensive, I would have continued to work with Ryan in the manner he suggested.
